What can I expect in a session?

In your session, we focus on uncovering the root cause of what's been holding you back, not just managing th symptoms. 

Using Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), we work with the subconscious mind to understand where patterns, beliefs or behaviours have come from and then reprogramme them. 

The session is deeply focused, relaxed and completely tailored to you, designed to creat real, lasting change. 

How long does a session last?

RTT sessions typically last around 90 minutes to 2 hours. 

This allows us the time to fully explore the root cause and create meaningful change, rather than rushing the process.

How many sessions will I need?

Many perople experience powerful results in just 1-3 sessions.

RTT is designed to work quickly by addressing the root cause rather than repeating the same conversations over time.

Some clients choose additonal sessions for different areas or continued personal growth. 

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, sessions are primarily delievered online via zoom, allowing you to relax in your own environment while still experiencing the full benefits of RTT.

If you are local and would prefer a face-to-face session, this can be arranged where appropriate.

Is RTT the same as hypnotherapy?

RTT uses elements of hypnotherapy but goes further by combining subconscious work with practical transformation techniques.

It's designed to create faster, more targeted results by addressing the root cause of an issue.

You remain fully aware and in control throughout your session.
