Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11th August 2026
Welcome
Thank you for choosing Iron & Grace Method.
These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you ("the client") and Rebecca Hickman, trading as Iron & Grace Method. They apply to services including hypnotherapy, coaching, personal training, online fitness coaching and personalised programmes.
By booking, purchasing or taking part in a service or programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as consumer.
Services
Iron & Grace Method provides personalised services which may include:
- Hypnotherapy
- Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®)
- Mindset and performance coaching
- Personal training
- Online fitness coaching
- Personalised transformation programmes
- Personalised audio recordings
The exact service, programme structure, duration and level of contact will be agreed with the client before the service begins.
Services are tailored to the individual Client and may be adapted, where appropriate based on their goals, progress, circumstances and any relevant health or wellbeing considerations.
Booking & Payment
Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices, payment arrangements and any agreed instalment plan will be confirmed before the service or programme begins.
Where payment is made by instalments, the agreed payment schedule will continue unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
For services purchased online, by telephone or another distance method, clients may have statutory cancellation rights. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes those rights. UK distance-service contracts generally carry a 14-day cancellation period, subject to the specific circumstances and exceptions set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Where a Client asks for a service to begin during an applicable cancellation period, they may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided if they later cancel, where permitted by law.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full where reasonable, unless otherwise agreed or exceptional circumstances apply.
For multi-session or ongoing programmes, missed or late-cancelled sessions may count as part of the agreed programmes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where illness, injury, pain or another significant change in circumstances means that continuing as planned is temporarily inappropriate, Iron & Grace method may agree to pause, modify or reschedule the service or programme where reasonably possible.
Any cancellation charges will be applied reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Client Responsibility
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and honest information relevant to their health, fitness, wellbeing and participation in services.
- Inform Iron & Grace Method promptly of any injury, pain, illness, new or worsening symptoms, medication changes or other changes in health or circumstances that may affect their participation.
- Inform Rebecca during a face-to-face session if they experience pain, unusual discomfort, dizziness, shortness of breath or any other concerning symptoms.
- When training independently or following an online programme, stop any exercise that causes unexpected or concerning pain or symptoms and inform Iron & Grace Method as soon as reasonably possible.
- Communicate any concerns or difficulties with the programme so that appropriate adjustments can be considered.
- Follow guidance relating to exercise technique, programme progression and safe use of equipment.
- Attend appointments on time and participate appropriately in the agreed service or programme.
Exercise, Pain & Injury
Clients must inform Iron & Grace Method promptly of any pain, discomfort, injury, illness, new symptoms or change in health that may affect their ability to exercise safely. This includes symptoms experienced during a training session, while following an online programme or between scheduled check-ins.
Clients should stop any exercise that causes unexpected or concerning pain or symptoms and inform Iron & Grace Method as soon as reasonably possible.
Training may be modified, paused or progressed more gradually in response to pain, injury, illness, recovery needs or changes in health. Where appropriate, Iron & Grace Method may recommend or require assessment or clearance from a suitable healthcare professional before training is resumed or progressed.
Clients are responsible for communicating concerns and health changes honestly and promptly. Iron & Grace Method can only adapt training and make appropriate recommendations based on the information provided.
Any necessary modification, pause or slower progression may affect the expected timeframe for achieving fitness or performance goals. Results and recovery timelines cannot be guaranteed.
Results
Every client is different and individual results will vary.
Iron & Grace Method will provide services with reasonable care and skill, but no specific outcome, level of progress or timeframe can be guaranteed. UK consumer law already requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill.
Results depend on a range of factors including the Clients participation, consistency, communication, health, circumstances and adherence to agreed recommendations.
Medical Disclaimer
Iron & Grace Method provides complementary hypnotherapy, coaching and fitness services. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical or mental health condition and are not a substitute for appropriate medical or psychological care.
Clients should continue to follow the advice of their GP or other qualified healthcare professional and should not stop or alter prescribed medication or treatment without appropriate medical advice.
Where a client presents with symptoms, concerns or circumstances that fall outside the scope of Iron & Grace Method, they may be advised to seek assessment or guidance from an appropriate healthcare professional before continuing with some or all services.
Confidentiality
Information shared during sessions, consultations and check-ins will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and the Iron & Grace Method Privacy Policy. The ICO requires businesses to tell people how their personal information is used, stored and shared.
Confidential information will not normally be shared with another person or organisation without the Client’s permission.
Confidentiality may be broken where disclosure is required by law, where there is a safeguarding concern, or where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to the Client or another person. Where information needs to be shared, only information that is relevant and necessary will be disclosed where reasonably possible.

All personalised audio recordings, written materials, programmes, resources and other original content provided by Iron & Grace Method remain the intellectual property of Iron & Grace Method unless otherwise stated.
Materials are provided to the Client for their own personal use only and must not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, sold, published or used commercially without prior written permission.

Iron & Grace Method may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices or legal requirements.
The most current version will be available on the Iron & Grace Method website and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made.
Any changes will apply from the date the updated Terms & Conditions are published and will not remove any statutory rights that apply to the Client.
